🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-21 business days – These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create your products.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the order date.


📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (within USA)

  • Select International Locations: Only on items that show International delivery is available. 

If your location isn't listed, please contact us before placing your order.


⏳ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4–21 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

During high volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing may take longer.


🚨 Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control. We'll do our best to keep you updated.


🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through our website or the shipping carrier's site.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at pomgroveart@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
